2025-26 Application Process 

We are currently accepting applications for the 2025-26 school year. Please complete the following steps to enroll your student.

• Step 1: Download and read the 2025-26 Info Packet here:

• Step 2: Complete the 2025-26 Enrollment Forms by clicking the appropriate links below.
• Step 3: (New Families only) Participate in a phone interview with Pathways staff.

• Step 4: Please contact [email protected] for information on how to submit the application fee.
  NEW Families: No application fee is required until you have received notice of acceptance to the program.
• Note: Priority is given to returning students and siblings of current students.
